E-Squared by Pam Grout

Many books have been written about how thoughts shape our reality and that the world around us is influenced by them. E-squared by Pam Grout is one of the most insightful books on the subject I have read. It shows through experiments done by the reader how to attract abundance into one's life and that we do control how we see the world. E-squared challenges us to nine experiments in order to realize that our internal thoughts create our external reality. In the experiments we learn everything from there being a force of infinite possibilities to the fact that, as Pam Grout states, "The universe is limitless, abundant, and strangely accommodating."

E-Squared is funny, light, and hard to put down. In fact I liked this book so much I did the first three experiments at once. I got immediate results. Let's say I saw a lot of cars and butterflies.

If you have doubts I encourage you to put your doubts aside, just for the 48 hours it takes to do the experiments (at least most of them) and see if they really do work. You will be amazed. From the beginning to the end of this book you will be astounded at the results and how in a scientific manner we are shown our thoughts affect our everyday reality.

I received this book free of charge from Hay House in exchange for my honest review of the book.
